Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Guidelines

• 48+ Hours before the tour: Full refund.
• 24–48 Hours before the tour: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 Hours before the tour: No refund.

2. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your booked tour, you may request to reschedule your safari within a period of 2 days from the original booking date, subject to availability.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for the scheduled tour without prior notice or failure to reschedule within the allotted timeframe will result in no refund.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations occur. In such cases, any decision regarding refunds or adjustments will be made at the sole discretion of GoMinneriya management.
